In order to be a good coach not only does it require years of experience; a coach has to be able to push individuals to their full potential helping and showing them how to align their core values and beliefs with their career goals in order to catapult to the next level. Most people fail at understanding that there is a formula to accomplishing success. Many want it but only few will achieve the level of success they seek within their lifetime.
She realizes and understands that it is hard for people to take responsibility and get help pushing their careers forward, however with her unique approach to getting people to take ownership of their lives they succeed.
A Word From Tea
I am so glad you took the first step in taking ownership of your career. I too was once in your position. I felt like I had reached my full potential in a role that had no more room for growth. What do you do when that happens? I can remember getting back into the job market after 5 years on my job. How was I to market myself and get people to see that I had great skills, ambition and could take the company to the next level?
I want you to know that I have been where you are now, feeling stuck. It’s ok. If you are ready to listen and be led in the right direction you to can have career freedom.
Whenever you are ready I will be right here waiting to help you align your goals, core values, and career. My only word of advice is that you don’t take too long making the decision to change your life. The worst possible thing that can happen is that you make the decision this time next year when you are faced with the same feeling of being stuck that could have been resolved today. Why do tomorrow, what you can do today? I always like to say, “Change your mind, Change your life.”
